Ladies and gentleman, let me share a little about my life.  I grew up in Michigan and was frequently in Italy as a child due to my father's profession.  I became self-employed in Milan, Italy and began running a small referral-based business.  One year before moving back to the U.S., I heard of a fantastic real estate investment through a friend, and invested in San Diegan real estate before ever touching the soil here.  (As you can imagine, I'm glad I did!)

 

Enough about me, in addition to loving San Diego and pasta, I also love real estate and I love my job.  When I decided to become a realtor, my goal was to create a new era of real estate agents, let's put the REAL into real estate.  For buyers I have the 110% program, for out of town owners there are opportunities to have free digitalized photos of your property, a free 15 minute consultation with a CPA, and much more.  For listings that have expired off the market, I can offer you the Market Performance Forecaster.
